    Gethma Embroidery (Pvt) Ltd does not recruit workers below 18 years and when recruiting employees' age proofing document (NIC, Birth certificate) will be taken to consideration.

    Employees are not forced to work overtime and they can resign from their job anytime. There is no forced labour, bonded or prison labour within the organization

  • Working hours
    Working hours of the company are as follows
            Day shift: 8.00 am. to 5.00pm.
            Night shift: 7.00 pm. to 6.00 am.
    O/T hours and working hours will be decide according to government laws and regulations.
